BILLING AND PAYMENT OPTIONS

We offer the following services. Fees can be discussed when you contact our office at (248) 735-8080.

 

Speech and/or Language Screening (30-45 Minutes)

Speech and/or Language Comprehensive Evaluation including formal reports and communication with other professionals (ex. teachers, therapists, pediatricians)

Therapy session: 30-minute session; lengthier sessions are also available

Check, cash, or major credit cards are accepted and a receipt will be provided via email.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

Gigi’s Kids, LLC is an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield. However, I encourage you to contact your insurance company and inquire about evaluation and treatment coverage.  I respect the financial commitment that speech and language therapy requires, so I am willing to work without network companies to establish single case agreements and support your policy, if possible.

Billing is handled on a monthly basis. You will receive an invoice at the end of each month via email. The invoice will review the dates and therapy services that you received during that month. Payment is appreciated within 14 days of the statement. However, please inquire about alternative arrangements.

Many of our clients have submitted their invoices for reimbursement from their Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) and Health Savings Accounts (HSA). Gigi’s Kids, LLC is a licensed liability company with a registered Tax ID number. Please contact our office directly if you need that number at (248)-735-8080.
